Play BORDERLANDS - Multi player (None STEAM Guide)

Borderlands, Take Two’s finest game of 2009 is just too wanted for us to stop following it.

We recently start playing none-steam version of Borderlands and rocking on planet Pandora! .So its time we talk about how you can play it on Garena if you have a legit game and want to stay away from Game Spy for whatever reasons.

So what you need?

1. Borderlands “Legit”Installed or "Reloaded" Installed

2. Reloaded Crack & Patch (See here)

3. Updated Game (Requires reloaded updates and DLC's)

4. Garena client and Account

Now Let's see how to setup Steam Release/Reloaded Release of Borderlands to Work with Garena

Step 1

Download Borderlands (any version). Make sure it's a legit (Steam/digital p2p/ Multi) game or a Reloaded Release. As steam version automatically updates your game, so we are assuming your game is already v1.1, and for the future you will have to download the appropriate crack for the latest version.

If you are a reloaded user, search or wait till we publish the reloaded crack!

The guide is generic, the only thing you need to do is replace the crack with the latest crack for the updated version.

Step 2

Apply the patch first!

Extract the crack you downloaded to your installed directory.

Steam -> C:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/borderlands/Binaries/

None Steam-> Anywhere

Inside crack there will be,

-reloaded.nfo (optional/not important)

-Borderlands.exe

-rld.dll

Now rename “Borderlands.exe” to “Borderlands.Garena.exe”. (If you do have a legit game make a back up of your original exe, in order to play on steam as well! Or keep your original exe and just rename the reloaded cracked exe, This will allow you to have both exes on the game! Warning : Remember to use “Borderlands.Garena.exe” to garena and “Borderlands.exe” to your steam!)

Step 3

Now Download Garena (If you don't have it), and make an account!

Step 4

Login to Garena, select a Borderlands game, and select a room and click on settings at the bottom of the page. (Right next to Start Game)

Step 5

Now in executable settings, instead of choosing “Borderlands.exe” choose “Borderlands.Garena.exe” (For Steam users)

For None Steam, Reloaded users, Just choose “Borderlands.Garena.exe”!!

Once you selected, click "update".

If you selcted correctly, you will get a massage saying "Game updated successfully". If not, you have done something wrong along the way, check back!

Step 6

Finally, click START GAME!

Run the game via Garena to play the steam version of Borderlands on Garena and yeah you can still play your game via steam without any issues. (Do Step 5 correctly)

For Reloaded users, You can play through via Garena now!

Step 7

Once you get to start up screen, Select LAN.

Host a game or Join a game that already running inside garena!

Known Issues!

Legit players should always keep a back up of their game!

If you can't find any other players for your games, make sure your game is up-to-date, for garena! Not STEAM! (sometimes eventhough a new patch released by STEAM, garena may use an older version)

If too much lagg or disconnections from in-game, try shut down torrents, downloads, updates! Still No, better get a proper net connection. Make sure router users has already port-forwarding!

Once you applied it, APPLY UPDATES and DLC's ONLY FROM RELOADED!!
