If getting an error saying "no net connection or cannot connect to Master server", you need to forward your net ports. See the original AC2 server crack post to get a helpful link for that issue.

To those having the "An internet connection is required" -error:
ReplyDelete1. Click Star > All Programs > Accessories>> right-click Notepad, and then click Run
as administrator.
2. Open the Hosts file (C: Windows System32 drivers etc) and add these entries:

127.0.0.1 ubisoft-orbit.s3.amazonaws.com
127.0.0.1 onlineconfigservice.ubi.com
127.0.0.1 orbitservice.ubi.com
127.0.0.1 ubisoft-orbit-savegames.s3.amazonaws.com
then click Save on the Edit menu. If using Windows 7, you will need to click Save on
the File menu.
Then run "ipconfig /flushdns" in command prompt
if this still don't fix it, then delete the hosts file and create a new one as shown here

For the single closed error server.exe
close all your port 80 using softwares (webserver, Skype) or any such use port 80 and try again!
on the download link it says...."no such file"

Hi Thank you for letting us know. I'm afraid this file is nearly 2 years old, we don't have backups that far. I'm afraid you gonna have to check somewhere else.
Delete
