F3AR (F.E.A.R.3)- Complete Game Save Files


Info -
Played whole game play with Commando Difficulty!
Solo Campaign!
POINT MAN is up to Level 10+ upgraded!
Collected most of Alma dolls and Psychic link dead bodies!
Played with Skidrow update 01!

Instructions-
1. Copy to C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\SKIDROW\
2. Choose a Campaign mode (either solo or co-op) and select "Replay Mission" Hit ENTER!
3. You will see all maps unlocked on commando difficulty and unlocked Fattal as well!
4. Host game or start the replay mission to play Finale!
Steam/Retail/None-skidorw versions of F3AR may not support this saves!

    Once we verified the follower with the commenter as same one, the file will be sent to your e mail address which you used for Follow backyard.

    However the delay in sending the files is also there :) We cannot recognize "mrgoblin23 " in follower names. If you use a different nick than that please notify us that by a comment.

    You need to make the comment as your follower ID, not Blogger or Google, As you can see you made the comment with you blogger ID. Please re make a comment with follower ID or mention your ID via comment.

    Anyway, "Lordism" has always been my Follower ID. Not sure why you cannot recognize it. I edited my settings a few minutes ago...can you recognize it now?

    Check the e mail address which you used to follow us. The file is sent to that e mail address. If it's a "valid" e mail you should have received the link to that e add. Unless you given false information there is no way you won't receive an e mail from backyard

    There is no "Replay Mission" option to select after I choose a Campaign mode...only "New Game" is available.

    Make sure your game is update 01 applied game. Better if a fresh installed one, and you've done the upgrading. So you know your game.
    Is this C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\SKIDROW\ folder exist on your hard drive? If do just replace the ingredients without deleting them.
    If still saves doesn't recognize by your game, means one thing your game is either not updated or over updated than the game played version.
    The post mentions strictly about "Played with Skidrow update 01!"..Well let me know.

    Hi there DARK_N!T3, and thanks much for sending me the GameSave file!!!

    Anyway, I read your install directions that accompanied the file and noted that the Skidrow update 01 was requred. I then downloaded the required update, applied it, then copied/replaced the necessary files but the Gamesave didn't work. I then uninstalled the game completely then reinstalled everything from scratch -- unfortunately the Gamesave still didn't work.

    I'm not sure why my Skidrow release won't work with your Gamesave. I've been doing this kind of stuff for many years and rarely do I have any problems with Skidrow's games. Don't worry about it m8, I thank you for your time and effort anyway my friend!

    NP. Well before you apply the update make sure you have the previous version of the game (like if applying 1.1, you need to have 1.0 etc.) If your game was already 1.3 reverting won't do any good. Anyway it is something wrong with your end, since lot of others got this already. Plus to apply skidrow update 01 you need to have skidrow release as well..Lot of people think a repack game with skidrow crack makes their game a skidrow. Well it's not. To get genuine scene releases I hope you download your stuff from Skidrow site or atleast from Private torrent sites.
    Anyway..Done what I can :)

    I agree with Lordism - I thank you for getting the file link to us but it doesn't work.

    I have followed the steps exactly as described and tried everything I can think of to get these saves to be associated with the game.

    What brought this on originally is that I had to restore my complete system with disc image I made about 3 days earlier. That went completely successfully with the exception that it wiped out my Fear 3 saves. This is even though they were still in the correct folder. All my other games were fine (a long list). Only Fear 3 had this problem.

    So there is something going on here that we are all missing. I suspect there is something written to the Windows registry that it preventing the saves from being associated with the game. It simply doesn't recognize them as even being there.

    The game is ok, but not good enough to want to fight my way all the way back through the levels I had completed.

    If anyone with the proper developer skills can make a suggestion - I am all ears..

    This is the first time I saw someone (actually 2 -not receiving files/not working saves - to both) have complain about F3AR saves. Anyway as DARK N!T3 mentioned I hope you do have Skidrow ver.1.1 game. As far as I know You can't tell that unless the releaser mentioned. But check Installation or exe version (Win7) to verify that.
    As you can see you guys were the first and only people with faults at the moment. So I think your version of game is upgraded or downgraded than the saves. If you are upgraded more than 1.1 we do NOT recommend to downgrade just to play the game.

    PS. There is no Windows Registry file which require for F3AR saves, Another member of this site used these files without any problem.

    Yes you can. It depends on version and the release of the game. They should be same to use the save file. Otherwise it won't work. How ever I cannot recognize a follower in your name. If you use a different name for follow us please specify that name in a comment.

      File sended again! We don't know what e mail you used for follow us. If you used the one you mention, then it will send to that mail. For privacy purposes e mails are cannot be viewed unless Admins contact you in person, so I can't see what you have used.

      You can't download unless we approve and mail you with required details. Have you even read the HELP pages which was posted? They explain the process as easy it can be.

      However, this file is hosted on mediafire, which happens to be blacklisted lately. This issue was posted here as well, but I guess you haven't seen that either. Once this issue is fixed, link will be mailed to you ASAP.

      Sorry again.. I received the email and clicked the link but the website ifileit.net said there was "no such file found". Perhaps the link is broken? I'm downloading it as a free user and not premium but i doubt that has anything to do with it. Is it possible to fix the link or switch upload sites?

      Hi,
      We do not send files to direct addresses. The files shall only be sent for the follower e mail. This action was taken coz, some give fake ID's and request files for separate addresses. If you need the file to that e mail, add it to your follower profile and update. All we can say is we done right at our end.

      Hi,
      Pls note that one comment is enough. This game is pretty old, so I can't actually remember where the files in steam. However you can, try to look for folder "21100" (you can use windows file search) and then locate your save files. If you enable steam cloud, saves will not be on your HD.

    Where to put the files in winXp?
    I'v placed them into:
    C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Setting\Application Data\SKIDROW
    and they didn't work. I'ts like i start the game from the beggining.

      I guess you download from the locker link, since you haven't request the file.
      None of us is using Win XP anymore neither playing the game.
      And F.Y.I. you need to 'replay missions' option, clicking on 'continue' or such as will launch the game from beginning. (2nd play through)

      Hi, Unfortunately File has been deleted since march, we no longer keep back ups for older games. So I guess you have to check somewhere else for it.

      Really, you guys don't even keep personal backups? The game is not 'that' old for it to be unplayable anymore, but I wouldn't want to play it for 2 days to get all the upgrades unlocked. I usually just like to revisit cool games like that for an hour or so. And my OCD would kill me, since I did finish everything (including the Alma dolls).

      I have a very large catalogue of my personal savegames (most of them finished 100% all the way) for some of the most popular AAA and indie titles on PC, new and old. I would be willing to make a trade for anything, if its a matter of willingness/effort.

      I'm the one who posted this. So I don't have a backup for it. We only keep backups for posts within last 2 years. Since of space taken on both hardrives on cloud drives. The game is not un-playable or forgotten to some players, we get that. But we moved on. As a blog that been since 2009 means lot of process. Even we keep 2 year old back ups, they stand alone like 14-16gb. Which is huge amount if you consider the size. So we cannot hold everything we had as backups.
      So glad you have a nice collection of backups and willingness for a trade. But I cannot give something I don't have anymore. Sorry.

      Well.. thanks for reassuring me, although It does make me sad a bit. For the last year I've been slowly testing out my save collection to see if everything works on my new rig that is running Windows 8 and to make every one of those saves run games at my preferred settings (keybindings and 1080p).

      Out of almost 300 only a couple have not worked thus far, F.3.A.R. being one of them and from the saves I've found online for it, not a single one worked. Maybe the saves for this game have some issue with the operating system, I don't know. Just unfortunate that I don't have more saves from proven sites to test out that theory.

      Oh and don't delete your save games.. that is what this site is for right? I just zip up my save files, upload them to cloud and copy their save path to a document, so I could restore them anytime, anywhere. For the whole lot, the size is still under 1gb, so I don't really know why you would feel the need to delete the actual saves for the game?

      Your monetized site is still much better than nothing and a good community service. I hope to do something similar with my personal saves in the following year. If I do find something 'broken' again, I'll try the Backyard once again, hoping you would still have it 'up'. If you (or someone) does have a save for F.3.A.R, then my e-mail is my name.

      Thanks for the feedback and thoughts. We are not directly stand for anything, just trying to help community way we can and in the meantime getting some payment for the work we do. And I don't see a problem with that. :)
      We don't but we can't waste space just for hoping to see someone would look for it years later. But we will try, but surely we cannot control automated deletion due to inactivity. And unless some one report it, we won't even know if its gone. We can't possibly follow up all links.
      If you wish to save your own saves use steam or uplay, origin cloud saves. However these saves cannot be given to others but you can save them for yourself.
      Sure your comment will remain. And if someone find a solution it will be replied under your comment or contact via mail.
