Darksiders Update V1.0.0.1 + Intaller Fix - SKIDROW

This post includes two releases from skidrow,

The update V. 1.0.0.1

and

The Installer Fix for earlier Skidrow installer

The following info. is written by scene group skidrow!

How to apply update:

1. Unpack the included rar files.

2. Run Darksiders.Update.1.exe and install

3. Copy the cracked content from SKIDROW directory to your main installation directory and overwrite.

4. Play the game!!

About Installer FIX (Warning : READ CAREFULLY!!):

We have noticed that some people had various crashes with our new Installer.exe. These small issues should be corrected now. This updated installer is using the same code as the one we used for Civilization V, so everything should be fine now.

If you didn't have any problems with the installer, then you don't have to do anything.

We included two options:

Option 1:

Access the included Installer FIX folder and mount the iso and install it the game(insert dvd's when asked!)

Option 2:

Replace the Installer.exe in the iso with the Installer.exe

included in the Installer FIX folder with this update.

Note from the coder of the Installer:

I'm extremly sorry that this release is required to fix the installer. But Valve Software was not nice enough to document the sim/sid format. Also if you encountered the issue that the post-install process was looping then you should blame Microsoft, for the work arround I've moved the process to the installation thread so it won't wait for the message (which was never removed for some unknown reason). In case you still have trouble installing, we added error messages, you don't need to understand them, we are watching so don't worry. The internal error codes should only occour if something is going "really" wrong, like you have corrupted files or miss the main entry of install *.sim.
