There was a time,
When my first victory over a MS-dos based game called Prince (known as Prince of percia) ...
There was a time,
When a game called "Resident Evil" gave nightmares for months even after I ended it...
There was a time,
When a game called "Kiss psycho circus" first created an appetite for flesh, to me...
There was a time,
When a game called "Heart of Darkness" became all time legends and first ever game that I bought...
There was a time,
When a web site start helping others called "backyard-Spot" started it first post...
                                                                                                   ....and that day was exactly 3 years before today!

Backyard had a very humble begining at the dawn. It barely moved and for the first 5  months it looked dead or worse suffering from a certain dying plague. But eventually it rises from ashes and now we 'are' one of the largest supporters on web excisting today. You can see that, in our feed backs and online counters. The reaseon we are here today, is that we worked hard for this, and yes it was hard not easy came.

The main reason of starting such a web was mainly, to give viewers (gamers) legit fixes for thier games. Which is lately became very hard since of scene is becoming shit. Nukes, faulty fixes, viruses are filled today. So mainly question I had was who got the real files, public torrent sites contains most likely fakes, so who has the legits form the good old scene? That was my question. Thanks to a guy a meet (no name mentioned as requested by him) in piratebay he had some connections which later became much handy to get multi player fixes and regular fixes. And that was the jump start for the modern "Backyard-Spot".

Months later when the site was at it's ripe, Few of my friends were interested in my blog asked me to join the site. They still work as writers/engineers/testers and uploaders. And currently we have 8 active members/crew who are all dedicated to support other gamers as gamers.

To celebrate our birth we made 2 files available for everyone and made 1 file available for followers on our site!

Well, here is a reason to give big thanks to Iceberg Interactive over in Europe. We’ve talked about special editions. we’ve talked about adding playable female characters – and we’ve talked about new voicepacks. So, with over 1 million units sold and some assistance from Iceberg, we now have… a Killing Floor Gold Boxed Edition, with an exclusive FEMALE playable character, along with voice work in English, French and German for her.

Aliens: Colonial Marines Now Slated For February, 2013 Release

Colonial Marines was also originally stated for an unspecified fall, 2012 release. Now, with the release of a new trailer, an official release date has finally been announced, and it’s a very familiar tune. Aliens: Colonial Marines will launch on February 12, 2013.

Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford explained the decision in a statement for the official site. “Our vision has been to create a video game sequel to the original Alien trilogy,” he said. “Our vision is for the game to be fully featured with an exciting, suspenseful, thrilling and action packed narrative campaign that can be played alone or cooperatively combined with a robust competitive game where human players can take on the roles of Colonial Marines or Xenomorphs and do battle online…”

However, Pitchford was careful to clarify that this release date isn’t a delay. “Because the game was “announced” with that original press release,” he continued, “it might feel, to those of you who have been waiting for the game since then, that it has been in development a long time. In fact, with the release date now set, it turns out that the total development time we have spent creating Aliens: Colonial Marines is about the same length of time as we had spent creating the original Borderlands or the original Brothers in Arms – both games that we had waited to announce until we were much farther along in the development process.”

It’s worth noting that this is the third time in less than two weeks that a major game franchise expected for a fall, 2012 release was pushed back into February, 2013 . We take Pitchford at his word, of course, that this was the natural result of the game’s development and not a delay designed to give more time for multiplayer (which, I’ll admit, makes a lot of sense for an Aliens game.) However, other developers should take note: February 2013 is going to be crowded.
