Download and unzip release!
First run legit "PlayMaxPayne3.exe" and Install official update!
Quit game!
Then overwrite fixed files in game directory with those you've downloaded.
Play!

Notes - 

For skipping errors when unzip, use 7zip
Based on early version of skidrow release and Jasper's.
Working in all Versions including the Retail DVD P2P Copy also
