There are two setup's included.Use the setup for your windows Version!
"sinhalatamil_ime_setup_Vista_and_Seven.exe" for Windows Seven and Vista (any SP)
"SinhalaTamilKit_XP_SP3.exe" for Windows XP (SP 3 Only)
You may have to restart PC after Installation!
